With effect from 17 August 2020 to 31 December 2020, SSM is offering a compound reduction incentive of 90% of the original compound value of Application for the Strike off the Company Name accordance with Section 549/550 of the Companies Act, 2016 for the companies and directors to settle the unpaid compound.

If your company has applied for strike off or given notice to be strike off under Section 549/550 of the Companies Act, 2016, you are entitled for the 90% discount offer.

To enjoy the above incentives, the relevant companies and directors may attend Level 26, Compliance Division, Companies Commission of Malaysia, Menara SSM @ Sentral, No. 7 Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50623 Kuala Lumpur or any of the Offices of the State Offices of Companies Commission of Malaysia throughout the country.

Bermula 17 Ogos sehingga 31 Disember 2020, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) menawarkan pengurangan kompaun sebanyak 90 peratus daripada nilai asal kompaun bagi permohonan pembatalan nama syarikat di bawah Seksyen 549/550 Akta Syarikat 2016.
Di bawah inisiatif ini, syarikat dan pengarah syarikat yang telah memohon atau diambil tindakan pembatalan syarikat menurut peruntukan di bawah Seksyen 549/550 Akta Syarikat 2016 layak mendapat pengurangan kompaun sebanyak 90 peratus.
Kadar pengurangan kompaun 90 peratus ini terpakai kepada semua kompaun yang telah ditawarkan di bawah Akta Syarikat 1965 (AS 1965) dan Akta Syarikat 2016 (AS 2016).
Semakan status kompaun boleh dilakukan melalui permohonan emel ke ar_compliance@ssm.com.my atau dengan menghubungi talian 03-2299 5334.
